The 2018 FIA GT World Cup was the fourth edition of the FIA GT World Cup held on the streets of Macau on 18 November 2018. The race was contested with GT3-spec cars. Only Platinum and Gold drivers were allowed to compete, but Silver drivers were eligible on a case by case basis at the discretion of the FIA GT World Cup Committee.[1] The event promoter, the Automobile General Association Macau-China (AAMC), appointed the Stéphane Ratel Organisation (SRO) to help bring a grid together.

PokerStars LIVE Macau has announced the official schedule for the 2017 Asia Championship of Poker (ACOP). Asia's biggest annual poker series will run from Oct. 13-29, featuring 24 ACOP Title Events.
Highlighting the festival once again will be the HK$100,000 (~USD $13,000) Main Event which comes with a HK$25 million prize pool guarantee – the largest in the history of Asia. Last year, 29-year-old Vladimir Geshkenbein took home HK$5,643,000 along with the coveted Gold Spadie trophy. He was also awarded a seat into this year's Main Event, as has been tradition since 2012.
In total, there will be 50 cash tournaments spread throughout the 17-day series with a wide variety of buy-ins ranging from HK$1,000 to HK$800,000.
'The Asia Championship of Poker has seen tremendous growth from 2015 to 2016 with player participation increasing by 47%,' said Mark Blake, Head of Live Events in the Asia Pacific. 'Both the PokerStars Championship Macau and Macau Poker Cup set new records this season and so everything indicates that the ACOP will make its next great leap this October.'
